Are you looking to live in a big city, small town or even the country?
Make a list of your wants and needs for where you want to live.
Once you have found the location you will need to find the neighborhood you want to live in. Do you want to live by trails or be by the best school? Make sure that when you are looking to check the neighborhood out during the day and at night. Make sure it is the right fit for you and your family. You don’t want to buy a home that you later regret because it is to close to a school, business, or stadium and have issues with parking by your home.
Type of a home
When looking for a home there are many different styles to choose from. Make sure to check out homes with different layouts. You may think you want a two storey or bungalow only to find out you really like a split level home.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This one you want to get right. You need to decide how many of each you need. You may say I only want a three bedroom, but what happens when you need an office or a craft room… You want to have enough bedrooms that work for you now and in the future. Bathrooms are a big one too! Do you really want to be fighting with your family trying to get ready in the mornings, when you only have one bathroom? I sure like to have my own bathroom!! Except I still have my kids and dogs trying to get in!!

Your most memorable moment
My most memorable moment with Jennifer is that she looked after me just like my own daughters look after me!
As an elderly lady, I couldn't have asked for a more caring and professional person to list and sell my home. I felt very secure with Jennifer, as it was obvious she is very experienced in real estate. She was very warm and informative in helping me decide how to sell my home. I did not feel pressure to conform to her idea's and realized quickly that her expertise was exactly what I needed and wanted. She marketed my home with amazing electronic and hard copy advertising and her suggestions and ability gave me peace of mind. My house sold within a few days for an excellent price! The whole selling experience with clients coming into my home was handled expertly! She looked after it, from beginning to end, so that I didn't have to be involved with anyone else. I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you, Jennifer, for looking after me like a daughter would!! Sincerely, Alice Murray "
